The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Fairfield County, including the Shelton area, Northeast New Jersey and Southeast New York. Expect snow on Saturday!
"A low pressure system will pass South of the region Saturday bringing accumulating snow to the tri-state area beginning early Saturday morning and lasting into the evening," the statement reads.
Those in the NYC Metro area can expect one to three inches of fluffy clean snowfall, and those in Eastern Long Island and Eastern Connecticut may get hit with two to four inches.
There is a low possibility that storm could shift west, resulting in "some areas reaching warning level snowfall amounts."
