Shelton Real Estate Market is improving over last year in both average sales price and number of units sold.  Out of 23 Fairfield County towns only 6 improved and Shelton was one of the town.  Good news.  Shelton is a great place to live and when you compare taxes with surrounding Towns you can see what the interest is all about.  For more market information visit denisekopasz.raveis.com.
