More than 150 people voted in this week's , where we asked you to tell us who makes the best burger in Shelton. It was a back and forth battle between and throughout the week, but Oolee Cafe pulled ahead in the final hours with 43 percent of total votes.
Congrats! Especially considering Oolee Cafe was added to the poll almost a day late. Co-owner Joann Allen e-mailed us Monday evening, to alert us her Bridgeport Avenue business was missing from the list.
"Many of our customers say we have the best burgers around. They are triple ground daily from black angus strip steak and ribeye steak," Allen said.
