Vote For Funding For Center Stage!

Shelton's Center Stage Theatre is currently battling for funding from the Chase Giving Fund. Voting is free and takes about five minutes.

Would you fund the arts if it didn't cost you a cent? Well, now you can!

Shelton's Center Stage Theatre and The Connecticut Symphonic Winds have joined forces, working together to receive funds from the Chase Community Giving Foundation. Funds are distributed by public votes and can range in support dollars from $10,000 to $250,000 Voting is free and takes about five minutes on Facebook.

"If we could get your vote it would be so much appreciated," said Center Stage co-owner Gary Scarpa. "Please high school and college students, you can be especially helpful to us -- because we know you are Facebook enthusiasts, so please VOTE for us and ask everyone you know to vote for us too!"

TO VOTE: Just follow this Facebook link: http://oak.ctx.ly/r/7wg, search for Center Stage Theatre, Inc. and cast your vote. Since you get two votes and cannot use both for the same organization, also search Connecticut Symphonic Strings (listed under Concert Bands of Connecticut).

You've got until this Wednesday, September 19, to cast your votes, so get clicking!
