'We Irish Will Party in Any Weather' — Milford's St. Patrick's Day Parade Is On

There was some question whether the parade was still on due to the weather. It is, and some residents are really excited. Here's what they're saying...


A little snow can't keep Milford from celebrating St. Patrick's Day with its annual parade.

Still, with a few fresh inches of snow, schools closed and the flurries still falling into the afternoon, there was some question whether the parade, scheduled for tomorrow, March 9, would still go on as planned.

And, as we announced on our Facebook page, after confirming with the Milford Mayor's Office:

"It's official: The parade is on."

And, call it the 'Luck O' the Irish' ... the forecast for tomorrow is calling for sunny skies and temperatures in the 40s.
