On Sunday evening, Patch received this e-mail bearing great news:
Just wanted to update you all with the absolutely thrilling news... Lacey is going home to her owner as I'm typing this! Talk about the best Mother's Day for her owner!! With many thanks to Teri McNamara for initially spotting her and pursuing her rescue and to Irene McCoy and Michelle DeAngelo for their daily persistence in tracking her, leaving food for her and ultimately trapping her this morning! And thanks to everyone for keeping their eyes open!
Thanks to everyone who shared on Facebook and Twitter! Together we helped reuinte Lacey with her family.
