Sunshine Kids Foundation to Receive Over $2000

The Shelton office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties is proud to announce that they successfully raised more than $2000 this year, through charity events and donations, for the Sunshine Kids Foundation.  Attorney John Wetmore of Shelton, Courtney Honda of Milford and Chevrolet of Milford very generously donated toward this fundraising effort.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties, formerly Prudential Connecticut Realty, adopted the Sunshine Kids Foundation as their company charity in 2002. The Sunshine Kids Foundation provides exciting, positive group activities for children with cancer so that they can do what children should do – have fun and celebrate life.

Thousands of children from hospitals across the country benefit from the foundations’ programs and events which are free to children, families and hospitals. Young cancer patients at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center have enjoyed trips to Hawaii, Washington D.C., New Orleans and New York City.
