At Housatonic Community College Awards Night
"Best and Brightest" Honored
Student Jessica M. Lopez won with two awards recently at Housatonic Community College’s 41st Annual Awards Night.
Lopez, who graduated with both a degree and certificate in Early Childhood Education, won awards for academic achievement in her work towards each. The ceremony was held to honor the “Best and Brightest” of HCC’s class of 2012.
Other award recipients from Shelton include Jessica D. Boratko, Housatonic Foundation Scholar; Angela Kingsly, Excellence in the Nursing Program; Ryan M. Leidy, Student Senate Leadership Award; Olga Yevich, Certificate of Accomplishment in Business Administration: Small Business Management; and Elhassan Aitelqadi Outstanding Academic Achievement in Criminal Justice.
