** The City of Shelton has been awarded $300,000 funding from HUD and DECD to manage a housing rehabilitation program for low and moderate Shelton property owners. Housing rehabilitation contractors interested in participating in the program are invited to apply. Contractors must carry appropriate licenses and insurance, including workmen’s compensation.
