Holiday Closings Are Closing in Fast

As the holiday season nears its peak and you're nearing the bottom of your list, keep these about-town closings  in mind:

  • City Hall will be closed Friday, Dec. 24.
  • There will be no change in the trash/recycling collection this week.
  • The transfer station and the city yard will be closed Friday and Saturday, Christmas Day.
  • Both libraries will be closed Friday and Saturday.

And, if you feel the need for a last-minute latte on Christmas Eve, better get to Starbucks by 5:59 p.m. This store will be closed Christmas Day; the nearest open location is Trumbull Center.
